Refund & Returns

At Standard Tea Pvt Ltd, your satisfaction is our top priority. We follow a transparent refund, return, and exchange policy in line with consumer protection laws in Pakistan.

Return Eligibility:

  • Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order number).

  • Returns are accepted if:

    • The product is damaged or defective.

    • The wrong item has been delivered.

    • The product does not match the description on our website.

  • Perishable items (like opened tea packs) may not be eligible unless they are defective/damaged on delivery.

Return Process:

  • Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Communication should be done through our official WhatsApp channel or email support.

  • Our team will verify the issue and provide instructions for returning the item.

  • Customers should retain the original packaging and invoice until the issue is resolved.

Exchange Policy:

  • Customers can request an exchange instead of a refund (within 3 days of delivery).

  • Exchanges are possible if:

    • The product is in unused and resalable condition.

    • The customer wishes to swap for another flavor/variant/product of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid).

  • Customers will bear the delivery charges for returning the item and receiving the exchanged product, unless the exchange is due to seller’s error (wrong/damaged product).

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be:

    • Approved or declined based on product condition and eligibility.

    • Processed within 7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method only.

Delivery & Return Charges:

  • Customers bear return shipping charges for both refunds and exchanges.

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, Standard Tea Pvt Ltd will cover all return and re-delivery costs.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Opened/perishable products unless proven defective upon receipt.
