1. Product Information
Standard Tea Pvt Ltd offers a variety of tea blends, including but not limited to Chocolate Tea and Danedar Tea. Each product is carefully crafted to ensure quality and consistency. The descriptions provided for each product are accurate to the best of our knowledge and are based on the ingredients and processes used in their production.
2. Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our platform are subject to acceptance by Standard Tea Pvt Ltd. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. The final price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Any applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
4. Payment Terms
Payments for orders must be made using the payment methods specified on our website. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method selected. All transactions are processed securely.
5. Delivery
Standard Tea Pvt Ltd is committed to delivering products in a timely manner. Delivery times may vary based on location and availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions or logistical issues.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return or refund process.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with Standard Tea Pvt Ltd are the exclusive property of the company. Unauthorized use of any materials is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Standard Tea Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
